Online Training Consultant<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Philantropia specializes in training, advising, and supporting the UN, (I)NGOs, civil society organizations, and social enterprises on international fundraising. We offer a wide range of tools and training courses to help these organizations and their partners fundraise more successfully.\u00a0 <\/span>Since 2008, thousands of development professionals have increased their knowledge and understanding of fundraising with the help of Philantropia\u2019s Fundraising Institute.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are seeking dynamic, engaging, and experienced instructors to join our roster of trainers. As an international development expert, you will develop and conduct short online courses and seminars aimed at building the capacity of professionals in the development sector. Our training topics include but are not limited to resource mobilization, capacity development, partner identification, donor research, project development and management, M&E, and communications\/branding.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our trainers work with a highly motivated team of experts based in Asia, Europe, and the US. Our typical contracted trainer develops several training sessions each year. Training consists of both self-directed pre-recorded video training and live webinars\/expert sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n

• Customize training content to meet the specific needs and experience levels of our diverse global audience<\/span><\/li>\n
• Update existing courses when requested<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Proven experience in conducting live workshops or online training<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and presentation skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • (Near) native English presentation skills\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in other languages is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
