Training Needs Assessments:
Our training programs are designed to develop the effective fundraising capacity of organizations. We offer assessments of your team’s capacity, training needs, and knowledge. The training needs assessment is also used to identify appropriate and effective methods for knowledge transfer which address the participants needs as well as their abilities, potential user time, capacity, and IT constraints.
We collect and aggregate participant profiles/bios, locations, language skills, etc. to adapt training to trainee needs. Where appropriate we have reviewed registered user data and online data analytics (e.g. open rates of newsletters, keyword analysis). The assessment results are used to develop an organization-specific curriculum and training materials tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Our training covers a wide range of topics, including donor research, optimizing social media, fundraising strategies, partnership, proposal writing, fundraising for specific themes and from specific types of institutional donors, and much more.
